I was prompted to upgrade my ZoneAlarm Antivirus protection by ZoneAlarm. I did it, and now the monitoring system has switched off. To enable it again, I am supposed to enter my license number, but when I do it, I get a message of "invalid license key" (my license expires next year). Has anybody experienced the same problem? Any idea? If not, does anyone at least know how to contact ZoneAlarm technical support without making a phone call to the U.S. (I live in the UK). They don't seem to have any e-mail adddress! Thanks a lot.
