i have bt broadband option 1 with basic security and have norton 360 installed as recommended. why is bt yahoo online protection antivirus and personal firewall refusing to be installed, and norton 360 can not run live updates.

yahoo online protection is designed not to install/work unless the other antivirus software is uninstalled.
so it will not be enabled as long as u have norton 360.
but the antispy will work fine.
also.. there is no need for 2 antivirus software in the computer at all.
