They do not allow posting it in answer to the bajillion questions here about antivirus protection. At that link is a blog post about free alternatives to mcafee and norton. There are no ads or spam or anything like that on the site. No one is making money from that link.

Yahoo may have removed the link because it could be considered advertising. If you posted a question that said go here to learn about antivirus programs then they consider that advertising which is against the YA Community Guidelines seen here:
