i have kaspersky internet security v7 and symantec client security 3.1.
i have both license key.
Which one which i use it on my desktop for best protection?
2 antivirus?virus scan
i would choose kaspersky... more realiable.
But i won't suggest having 2 antivirus at the same time.
*Note* Kaspersky usually will interrupt a few program from installing.
*Note* Norton always take out more ram %26 sometime unable to detect viruses.
2 antivirus?anti virus scan
i too have kaspersky internet security 7 and i would reccomend it it's the best protection, once my friend's computer was full of viruses one full scan with kaspersky and it deleted each and everyone and moved it to backup
Kaspersky is by far superior to Norton, and Norton is a terrible resource hog.
Keep only the Kaspersky.
Only have one antivirus program and one firewall installed on your computer.
Anti-adware/malware/spyware are ok to have more of.
NIS 2008:
Building on performance enhancements delivered in the 2007 product line, Symantec has raised the bar and further extended performance gains with significant improvements in key performance measures. Compared to Norton Internet Security 2007, the 2008 user interface responds 22% faster and completes a quick scan up to 39% faster. And as compared to an industry average of nine competitors, Norton Internet Security 2008 leads across five key performance areas including boot time (20% faster), memory usage (69% less), full scan (12% faster), user interface response (54% faster) and download speed (31% faster).
KIS, hands down winner.
