Yahoo told me today to update toolbars etc. The Noton Antivirus wont install because it says there is an older version on the system. Says look in add/remove programs for NAV 2002 but this is not on the list and I cant find it in programs? Any suggestions? Thanks guys.

go to www.symantec.co.uk, i think there is a program which removes old versions on this site or you can chat online to an adviser!

Go to the Norton website, locate and run the uninstall programme, can't remember exactly where I found it but it does exist and does work
