Go to AVG and download their free anti virus program, install it, get the most current virus updates and run a scan. Avoid CA aka Computer Associates as mentioned earlier
Download the three programs linked below. Install them. Update them. Scan your pc with them.

most of the antivirus websites have patches which you can download and run it on your pc and can disinfect ur pc from that trojan. search for these patches in popular antivirus websites like norton, mc afee etc.
