with all ny settings on outlook express check over again ,i contacted the customer service of my server and they say the fault is not theirs because they can send me mails and all the required settings on their side are correct .we chated for some time and we did some corrections but still no change.i keep on haveing the error message number 0x800cccof.i donnot have any protection on my pc so no antivirus program can be the source of the problem .what do you think!!!!

I cant understand what you asking because I dont think YOU do to begin with! You can receive mail but not send? You are getting an error when sending? You cant send a mail because your vrius protection tells you its infested? Do you even know how to type in a proper email address? I think your best bet at this point is to buy a cheap calculator and learn it first!
