I need to know what to use to get rid of worms, malware,trojans, virus, etc. Is there one program I can use for all of this? I have downloaded a bunch of different spyware, antivirus protection and what not. Which ones are the best? Help me!!!

Update and run all these programs, and make sure you immunize your computer with Spybot S%26D pretty often. If you want even extra protection from spyware (prevent it from getting into your computer) and viruses, you should get:
