How do I disable all of Windows Vista's built in firewalls?

I have disabled windows firewall, I completely uninstalled norton antivirus (yet norton antivirus protection still shows up in my protection programs list as active) and yet my computer tells me I have a firewall preventing me from sharing stuff over the internet. Help, how do I kill all the firewalls?
