Is any boby else having trouble with yahoo mail?

I can't read my mail I can see who it's coming from but I can't erase,reply,or send messages what's the deal I 'm using a computer that I had stored away for about four years could that maybe be it .I have internet explorer 7 on it and the norton antivirus protection.

The Below Options Will Clean Up Your Files And Make The Computer Much Faster

for Internet explorer at top of this page on the left in grey area

select tools

then internet options

then choose delete temporary files, cookies ,browser history etc

then another box will open - select delete all

Then close explorer then open again .At first pages will be slow once

and then will load fast after it loads 1 time.Also email etc you will have to sign in 1 time with password etc.
