My Computer Can't Print?

When I got my computer it could print, with Dell's printer. Came with it when I ordered it, but ever since I installed CA Antivirus Protection, the printer hasn't been working. I don't know if it's CA Virus program or what. But when I try to install a printer from "Printers and Faxes" the error message reads "Print spooler not running." What's wrong?

go thru Msconfig, and turn your print spooler back on, so that it loads when u boot your system. Select normal load, from the first window of MSConfig.

access your MsConfig, by holding the Windows key, and pressing R, which brings up your RUN command. then type msconfig, and press enter.

you will have to restart your computer for the changes to take effect. I hope this works for you. good luck.
